I believe strong outcomes come from clear communication, consistency, and teamwork. Outside work, my energy comes from Guitar, classical singing training, basketball, skateboarding, hiking, travel, swimming, and reading novels. On most weeks, my version of debugging is: if the code compiles, I play guitar; if it fails, I go for a swim and come back with better ideas.
